A boss wants control A leader builds trust

A boss blames others A leader takes accountability

A boss demands respect A leader earns it

A boss focuses on Power A leader focuses on people

A boss criticizes mistakes A leader coaches throught them

A boss Creates fear A leader creates safety

A boss wants to be above the team A Leader works beside them

A boss manages tasks A leader develops people

A boss reacts quickly A leader responds wisley

A boss cares about a title A leader carries the responsibility

If you hold a position on your job or within the church, Do not let the " Tilte" outweigh your "Talent" Do not let your " authority" outweigh your " anointing" Don't let your "pride" outweigh your " position" Always have an attitude of gratitude in everything that you do. Treat others the way you want to be treated and remember: Be a Leader, Not a Boss!
