"KNOW YOUR WORTH"

How many of you can truly say that you know your worth and the value that you possess and provide in all that you do because there is GREATNESS in you? Never allow someone to take away from all that God has designed you to be. Don't allow yourself to be humilated, belittled or degraded just to keep the peace on a job, at school, in a realtionship. Know who you belong to, you are a child of the most High God, Amen!

Here are key aspects of knowing who you are:

Intrinsic Value: Believing you are worthy of respect and acceptance simply because you exist, not because of what you do or achieve.

  • Self-Respect & Boundaries: Not allowing anyone to treat you with disrespect or devalue you. It means saying "no" to things that drain you or violate your standards.

  • Internal Validation: Relying on your own assessment of yourself rather than seeking validation from society or other people.

  • Embracing Your Full Self: Acknowledging your strengths while accepting your flaws and forgiving yourself for past mistakes.

Examples of Knowing Your Worth:

  • Leaving a toxic relationship because you know you deserve better treatment.

  • Demanding fair pay at work because you understand the value of your skills and time.

  • Not comparing yourself to others, knowing your journey is unique.

  • Prioritizing your own mental and emotional well-being (putting on your "oxygen mask" first)

Now that you know just what it means to know your worth make these rules apply with no hesitation!!

It's All Love, Assistant Pastor Dawn Marie Crowder
